If you remember one thing, it is this: mold is an allergen, it is not toxic. Due to increased concerns about mold, exposure in the media, and frankly misconceptions of mold itself, we have chosen to add mold testing as a service.

We want to assure you that we will not be up-selling clients unnecessarily by offering tests when the situation does not call for these circumstances; however, we do have these tools and procedures to save your clients money and further create Peace of Mind in Paradise.

Mold Inspection:

If mold is a concern of yours, hire the Mold Certified Inspectors of Diamond Head Home Inspections to perform a visual and air sampling test of your house. A performed mold inspection will include a visual observation of the effected environment, air quality sampling and lab analysis of the air sampling.

The results lab will be delivered in 24 - 48 hours (business days). Place your mold fears at ease and know for certain.
